• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total, and the $20 deposit is non-refundable. • Appointments canceled with 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the $20 deposit, with no additional charges. • After 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. • After 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, the $20 deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the service total will be charged. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total, and the deposit will be retained. • Deposits are applied toward the service total at the time of the appointment.
