Deposit Required: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. No deposit = no appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance, including cancellations. Your deposit will go toward your service total and may only be transferred to a future appointment if cancellation guidelines are followed. Late Arrivals: • 10 minutes late: $15 late fee • 15 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled Cancellations & Rescheduling: • If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to ONE future appointment. • Deposits are transferable only and are NOT refundable. • If you cancel within 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
